Today I will restrict. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, 160 cals. Apple for lunch, 80 cals. Sautéed chicken and veg for dinner, ~300 cals. Ran 2.5 miles this morning, -225 cals. So 315 net cals is decent. Repeating again for the rest of the week.
If I didn’t eat so goddamn much over the weekend, I wouldn’t have to be this strict during the week. Why do I always fuck it up?
